Sounds about right, my package was pending and shipping for 9 days, then yesterday updated to shipped. Today, it was updated to shipping and out for delivery. Their process sucks almost as bad as a :twocents: hoe.

when i went to the city a few weeks ago and parked my wife's fit in this tiny garage structure, first thing i thought was if i drove my z there, i would've not only scraped bottom, (steep ramps in basement garage), i would probably scrap something on my bumper due to Z's poor visibility down low. :ugh: the garage reminded me of parking structures in japan. so narrow :ugh:

That's why my wife does not drive the Z to her school, the garage ramps are too steep.

I just ordered a new set of tires for the wife's car. Continental TrueContacts. I've had mixed experiences with Continental extremecontact DWS on my old car not balancing properly but hope these will be a breath of fresh air. Can't be any worse than the OEM Bridgestone Dueler H/T on there now.

I just ahd the bright idea to sell the Z when I get rid of the Si come August and buy an Evo or STI so I can drive all year instead of garaging the poor Z for 6+ months.

^^^ That idea will be put to rest once the Z is out and I get to drive it religiously for the season.

dats really not a bad idea considering how great the current STI is. i recommend it if u only want to deal with one car.

thing is a blast to drive in stock form. just get some DWS06's in stock size (car comes with summers) and you're pretty much set.

Money wise, it's fine. It's the hassle of dealing with 2 cars and limited space. If i can get a used STI for 30k, I might start thinking about it. The fact of giving up the Z though makes me sad. I'd have only had the car for 1 year.

I'll give it some thought throughout the season. I just love the rarity and specialty of the Z. But practicality is also a big thing. Meh, plenty of time to figure life out. I'm sure once mine is out of storage and on the road, all my doubts will dissipate. I think a Volvo V70 station wagon as a winter DD would help me also. hahaha

too bad it doesnt have the wooden insert keys like my CP1..

yep, the 370z is definitely rare and special to me too. i dont think ive seen another 370Z in the last 3-4months.

i just wish the rest of the G35C's would disappear too soon.. i like the exclusivity. :p
