aspartame was the reason why i liked the taste of diet pepsi over all soft drinks out there.. i dont know the exact date my local super market started selling the new sweetener (sucralose) version, but since last year ive noticed my icy diet pepsi on the rocks did not taste the same. :icon08: and when i consume larger amounts, i noticed i get upset stomach.

ive been doing a test study on myself the last 2 months, and i found that when i consume more than 2 cans a day, i start developing EW explosions... :ugh: sugar based soft drinks are no problem.

so today, after 8yrs of consuming the beverage as my favorite drink in very large volumes :yum: , i told my wife not to buy any more diet pepsi. :crying: it is on the do-not consume list along with alcohol, hagdaz, and m&m peanuts. :ugh2:

so so sorry to read this Mr Ken

same here  cut back on the Diet Dr Pepper maybe down to a few a
week. When opening a can or bottle of soda pop that famous fizz that
can do the same in our tummy's. Have switched over to the fresh Juices :yum:

when on the run fresh apple cider in the small pouches or Kern's
fruit juices in the can works

That darn Kern's Peach :yum:

yah, i too should drink more natural drinks and even if i do consume pop, it should be sugar based but in very small volume. it's not like im getting younger.. so i guess it was just a matter of time i started the detox from diet sodas.. :icon17:

its funny i didnt notice this sooner cause i knew my body couldn't digets diet coke very well and it's the same sucralose sweetener now used in diet pepsi. :shakes head:

yah, i use to drop fresh bananas into plain yogurt for the fiber i needed in my diet.

but buying banana's and them browning in a few days was kind of a pita and my wife asked if i would try activia instead. i dont really care for banana's anyway so this was a good change for me. :p

All 3 lap tops brands shared all the common parts
