for example, my G has below.. and she's only my dressup car..
eibach prokit, tokico d-spec adjustable dampers, front/rear stillen swaybars, stillen camber arms, powergrid adjustable endlinks, work 19's, s04's to match, arc titanium front tower bar, momo eagle steering wheel. one finger wheel gap all around, perfectly even height and drives/handles very well. going through fast entrance ramps, sorry to say but the s2k was too slow for me. i never use VDC even in the snow when i had the blizzaks on. cause she is super easy to control. |

I'm still planning. I think the car looks cleaner and more centered with less wheel gap, but NY roads are like driving through afghanistan. If I went with Swift springs, i'd be getting bare minimum. Dampers and toes. I prefer ride quality over looks since I have to sit in it. I should just get a nice set of wheels and call it a day haha. |
reasons why i havent been able to let go my G is because she handles so well.. and sounds so good.. and throttle response is so much better.. and just overall a better mechanically feeling 'car' than the 370Z. and she still looks nice. everywhere i go, people compliment my G.
the only compliments i get on the Z is ugly greasy doods.. :ugh: and ive already gotten many compliments on my STI from young boyz.. :icon17: haha |

a very easy solution to making ur car look good without lowering is the nismo wheels.
or just follow the same specs: 19x9.5 ET41 front 245/40/19 and 19x10.5 ET23 rear 285/35/19 |

datz why u want to stiffen things up so dat u dont go past the design geometry. back in the earlier days we'd super stiffen up our suspension not cause it was cool, cause we wanted to stay within the programmed toe and camber for best handling through the touge. but ud need really sticky tires for this, and lots of spare time to rest cause it was a FAKING stiff ride.. cant even talk with ur passenger cause u like being shaken up in a salt shaker. |
:yum:

oh he .ey .ho aw. is z it.. goh en man...g?
datz how i sounded in my stiff arse ride going down 110 near san pedro.. :ugh: |
fak i miss socal.

1 inch drops is more than enough for me. My Cobalt was dropped using Pedder springs that were 1.25F and 1.5R. The notice was substantial and even then i was worried about rubbing or bottoming out.
Nismo wheels just look to open for me. I don't have a sport, so showing off my basic calipers and slotted rotors seems embarrassing. I'm writing down your dimensions now for when I start shopping this summer. |
