Got an email last Friday from Sears that said my new butterfly impact driver and some other items for my new air compressor had shipped. As of today there is still no status for multiple numbers on the UPS tracking site as though the packages haven't even been picked up yet :shakes head:

dat sucks, ive had that happen too during a bad ice storm. :eekdance:

sears and usps are about the same imho..

they have good people, but only like one in 1000. :ugh:

and at lowes they think asians are all the same and cant speak english.
