I worked out on my Bowflex Max today and had a nice vanilla raw protein shake.

All my cells, muscle, veins, and my heart is feeling awesome too.:tup:

last time i was staying at this isolated place in nowhere at -25F windchill, the smoke alarm for our entire floor went off at 11pm.. just as i was coming out of the shower..
