Almost died.

Knee got obliterated, forearm split open from wrist to elbow, chest lacerated, and road rash to cover it up.

Bmw driver stopped suddenly in front of me when I was on my motorcycle, I avoided the car to the left, yay, but motorcycle lost control, and there was a cement wall that divides route four east and west. The motorcycle pinned me against the cement wall and grinded me down for a couple feet until the motorcycle threw me off.

But hey, I'm alive.

This happened Sunday, on the sixth. Got out the hospital on the 11th.

Can't drive the Z cause I can't clutch....

Sigh

Glad you're ok. What did the BMW driver say to you? Why did he suddenly stop?

THAT IS F****D!!!! Dude I am so glad you are okay. Sounds like a pretty bad accident. Even though the BMW sped off did anyone else stop and help you?

Hope for a speedy and well done recovery my friend!

Well ya, an off duty paramedic was on the highway when it happened. Thank the good Lord.

I hope you're doing okay bro. Sounds like a nasty fall. Did you have your gears on? All my friends who ride fell off at least a couple times but nothing as serious as yours. You should consider getting a go-pro mounted for next time.

It was the one day I didn't wear gear. Helmet and gloves. Nothing else. It was quite ironic because I took my gear out that morning to wear it but decided against it cause it was north of 90.

Thank god there was an off duty paramedic right there, probably a big reason on why you are at least not in any worse condition.

Whenever I used to ride I always wore my gear. I didn't care if it was 105F outside and was drenched when I got back.

I had the helmet, gloves, jacket, and I had high top boots with carbon fiber reinforcement in the ankle and then I put a steel toe on them. usually wore jeans, sometimes wore my pants.

That's the most important part! Karma is a b*tch. Glad you're okay.

I stopped riding motorcycles in my early 20's. It was always just a matter of time.

Glad you're okay.
