it's not canned... comes in little pouches. hickory smoked tuna, tastes amazing

i get them at kroger for $1 a pack. it's not bad for breakfast. i usually alternate with that and oatmeal.

get maybe one to try it out so you don't waste money if you don't like it. it comes in a couple different flavors, but my fave one is the hickory smoked one
