the rule only applies to full-time staff though... contracts and their contract prorated holidays are exempt.

dats pretty wierd. almost sounds like ur HR department dont know how to be responsible parents to small kids..or have ever raised kids to begin with. i would never abide to such BS. u really need to be a parent to understand wat scheduling is all about.
