People these days. Good thing nothing happened, maybe the cell companies should use the phones GPS to disable the phone and there would be less crashes and deaths related to that.

Or ya know... just make getting a license in this country a little harder to achieve. Grant different versions for different skillsets.

E = Soccer mom and can't exceed 100hp in any vehicle
D = regular mom and can't exceed 120hp in any vehicle
C = normal person who uses caution and just wants to get from A to B
B = Spirited driver who knows what's happening
A = Professional and can drive an ariel atom

Automatic license suspension for 5 years if caught with a phone in hand. Can never drive again if DUI. 1-3 years for accidents at fault of driver under normal circumstances. Old people get tested every 2 years after age 65.
