Girlfriends mom decided to back out of her garage and hit the Z's mirror coming out. Some heavy scratches and paint loss. Will prolly need to be sanded and repainted .......

madwi 07-25-2015 09:36 AM

I need to run to hardware store for some washers to make the exhaust tips nice and level.
Need to find a flat spot to park too, sloped garage floor is great and all but not for trying to level stuff :icon17:

Awesome. I may just go that route. I'll get a quote to see how much h painting will cost just in case. The mother is paying. It'll just always be on my mind that I have a scratched mirror housing underneath that cover.

Probably will run $100-$125 to remove it and prep/paint.

That's not to bad. I'll get a quote. HVe her mom pay for printing. nx I'll order those zide covers right now. Can't hurt. Haha. You guys aren't kidding on how fragile the paint on our cars are though. She love tapped the mirror and everything chipped. Her mirror has a small buffable scratch

That is why I am so careful washing the Z, I don't want to polish the paint if I can help it lol Try to save it as much as I can.

i went inside when the husband came out to see his car. :wtf2:

kenchan 07-25-2015 11:32 AM

I am grateful to all of you, as all of you have had a role to play whether you know it or not. I think of and pray for, those who still suffer and for them there is hope and a, way out. it is true.

Bless you all.

It is never easy to turn away from such paths. It takes courage, and a sincere desire to move in another direction. Blessings to you and all those who helped you along your path. May the good Lord continue to bless you all in your journey.
