GT-R came up behind me this morning. I gave him a wave out the window, and unlike the Z owners I encounter here in town, he actually waved back! :icon17: I was on my usual route, so I made sure we hit all the lights and didn't get stuck behind slower traffic ;) ... even if did require a little bit of tire squealing on my part - his AWD of course didn't make a peep :yum: :driving:

I'm going to pick out the best hard wood pieces from my parent's firewood stack and hopefully do my first brisket here soon :excited:

Hmmm ... a drive to Austin may be in order eh? It's just half way across the country.

We're doing the MAZOC picnic on Saturday. Have some ribs, beans and potato salad on the plan.

back home in California my wife and I have a 12 foot back yard grill, hand laid
brick's and all stainless steel.....We BBQ almost 2 times a week :yum:

Nothing beats a firewood cooked and grilled steak :yum:

Stuck here in South Korea for another 4 week's :iagree:

they have beef brisket at a boat marina here on the lake we go. never tried it, but from the friends that have, they swear by it.
