State inspections, when done at all, are not very tough - brakes work, horn honks, lights light, &c). Think pre-employment physical at McDonalds.

Inspections done in JP and EU also check for corrosion and a lot of other stuff. More like a pre-employment physical to be an astronaut.

LOL I'm glad you are considering a career with Mcdonalds young lady, now I need to honk your horns before I can hire you! :D

I got to say...I'm kinda proud of this thread I started. Lots of action, interesting information and a few funny low blows.

If anyone still cares... :-| .... I turned in my Trial by Declaration today lol...wish me luck....or burn me at the stake for fighting a ticket.

Since you have to pay your bail money before its gets exonerated back to you if you win...i'll see it as pre-paying for my CAI.

'merica

Cheers

When you win, will you do everyone a favor and post it up so you can shut the clown up?

I have a GREAT idea….Just Pay the ticket like everyone else would that owns Hi-Performance muscle whether it be a 370z, challenger, porsche etc. that would get one…and save the DRAMA and hype for your Parents as they probably would be the only ones that gives 2 *****.

Will do!

If I do win, ill be 4/4 on fighting my ticket (or rather, exercising my rights as a citizen to defend my plea in the United States Judicial System)

No Drama, no hype. Simply STARTED this thread asking if anyone used a ticket dismissal service before and the success rate of it...which is the purpose of these forums.

You clearly gave at least 1% of a **** because you decided to post something :stirthepot:

And can't we just have fun bullsh^tting this topic like all car people do. Geez, everyone gets so pissed so quick lol.

Lastly, anyone with a sports car is more prone to speeding which means more tickets which means only 1 traffic school per 18 months... so you "need" to fight tickets to save up on traffic school (obvious argument is don't speed...) but lets face it... how many people in this forum don't go a few clicks over the speed limit...

Maybe we should have this debate in a Chrysler Town and Country Minivan Forum.. SOCCER MOMS unite!!!!

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time (or pay the fine). Sure, driving fast in a 370Z is a LOT of fun - that's why we buy them ... but you have to do it responsibly. I like shooting guns but I don't do it in my backyard; I go to a place that is safe and the noise won't bother the neighbors. When I want to drive above the speed limit, I find the less-traveled road, make a pass or two to be sure the road is clear, and then have some fun.
