my motherboard is bad on my laptop... my battery goes 100% (10min pass by)... 70% (15min pass by)... plug in to power source, 3% remaining.

Not your mobo. Most likely your battery is shot. order a new one. How old is it?

this is the second battery with the same problem... nothing else other then the motherboard

I don't see how the motherboard would be draining the battery that quickly unless one of the capacitors was bad. Which is a rarity. Just for basic 101 maintenance. have you checked all settings within the bios for power consumption and alongside windows power usage?

i'm a rarity lol... yesterday i left work with 100% battery life and left the laptop in the bag, didn't open it at all. this morning i opened the laptop and it had 2% battery left lol.

Just for the hell of it, take the back of a pencil and rub the gold contact pins on the laptop with the rubber tip. It'll discharge and clean whatever stuff may be affecting it slightly.

I'd def check power consumption both in the bios and the OS also.
