It is not bad at all. The hardest part was getting my fat *** under the dash. You are young and skinny, shouldnt be a problem at all.
Check out his site, he has the instructions posted there in pdf I think.

Im sure a shop could do it in an hour or two. Its really not that involved. Take out old assembly in one big unit, put new in, set switches and adjust to liking.

I always thought Maximas were more powerful than that. Then again, it was back when Nissan had those commercials that said the Maxima was a sports car inside a commuters dream.
