Some hell!! I'm fighting with this clutch helper spring. Took forever to get the pin out. Then I struggled getting the assembly back in. Nos I can't even get close to pushing the pin back in. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have sufficient lighting? im right handed and held the flashlight in my left hand like a dagger while supporting my body with my elbow. this freed up my right hand.

i read people crying about how difficult it was to install, but it wasn't difficult for me

I can't get the bolt back in at all. And I can't lift the assembly at all.

Leingod 06-29-2015 06:52 PM

I can find the holes for everything. Freaking bolt just isn't going in at all.

kenchan 06-29-2015 06:55 PM

you tried giggling it around, right? it needs to be aligned perfectly for the shaft to go back in. use a small hammer and tap the bracket. (dont hammer it in btw)

Leingod 06-29-2015 06:55 PM

Yea. I also marres it a little just getting it out. Nothing crazy

Leingod 06-29-2015 06:56 PM

I can't get it past the first hole on the assembly.

madwi 06-29-2015 06:56 PM

push the pedal in very slightly and it should slide right back in.

Leingod 06-29-2015 06:57 PM

I just removed the whole assembly. I can't get the bolt in at all. It's way to right. I'd have to hit it with a hammer

Touch the marred up spot with a bit of sandpaper, just enough to knock the high spot down.
