I just did a QA check on my English Ale I just finished. Let's just say I can't wait to debute it at my friends retirement party as it surpassed every test and then some. Now I can't wait to QA a summer IPA this Saturday.

Yeah, and it's actually worse than you think! I'm ashamed to admit that, in a pinch, I drank the stuff during my college days. We'd buy a few bottles of the "good stuff", and then drink OE the rest of the night once we were buzzed and our taste buds didn't care.
