JMS uninstalled her LTH and CBE and replaced them with the OEM parts. And apparently damaged the O2 sensor(s) in that process - I'm 100% certain they used impact guns on the bolts near them

Nope. They are only paying for the labor to replace it but it's a "wear and tear" item according to them.

There's nothing I can do about it now. I left my car at the shop to have it replaced in the morning. Lesson learned.
