Washed it in the garage out of the baking sun. Sealant on the car makes the drying sooo much easier as there isnt much water left on the car lol. Followed it up with Blackfire spritz sealant. easy on-easy off

Please explain the Blackfire spritz ? can it be used over Carnauba wax Mr Scott ?

BoneZ 07-05-2015 08:33 AM

I just got a sample of it from a recent detail order. I will have to report back on how it does.
If you would like to read about it from the manufacturer:
http://www.autogeek.net/blackfire-spray-sealant.html

*Edit* Found this in description. "Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer Spray bonds equally well to both paint sealants and carnauba waxes, extending surface protection and renewing that elusive "just-waxed" shine. Use over any wax or sealant!"

Happy 4th yesterday everyone :hello:

JARblue 07-05-2015 10:17 AM

I spent most of yesterday working on my new grill. On Friday I pulled everything out of the box to do a parts list check. The largest and very last piece to come out was the main body of the grill and was caved in on one whole side. Academy was pretty good about it though. They did not have any other ones in a box for me to exchange, so they let me tear apart their demo model and use that part

I will be assembling and modding it today :D
