hey mr. kenchan, question for ya.

The factory power steering fluid inside the tank looks as if its boiling or very shakey when the car is running, my Z is a 2010 with 7800 miles, you think I should flush it out, with something better?

Any thoughts? Is it suppose to be that jumpy?

huh, you mean like vibrating? that's odd. did you break the bracket off when you installed your intake, etc? might check that first.

changing the psf would not hurt, but probably wont fix the vibration issue you are encountering?

I really think its just the engine doing what it does (shaking..but not in a bad way) but inside the resevior it just looks like the fluid is bouncing around... my honda 2000 doesnt do it. Im not sure whats up.

Well you said boiling, so that would lead me to believe it was a little more than just shaking around. Mine shakes just enough to make constant ripples in the surface of the reservoir fluid. It looks kinda like the ripples from the water glass on the Jeep dash in Jurassic Park. If I had a GT-R, I would say that it's a sign that Godzilla is in the vicinity :D

I think I found a buyer for the center console that's been taking up space in my garage for the past few months :happydance:

It's for a project, so he doesn't care the the cupholder insert is not included and the console pocket doesn't auto open any more.

nice, mr.jar. i would've probably put it in the taffyapple recycle bin a long time ago. :icon17: haha

It just looks like you're watching water boil, thats what the fluid looks like from the outside looking in.. Its weird.
