what a productive day... 1 hour to get some things done before going into another meeting and then to the chiropractor i go. after that, hopefully i'll be going to the gym. i brought my gym clothes, but no tennis shoes -_-. <--- it's robert deniro or .-_- can't remember where his mole is. either way you guys get the point .-_-

Good thing there are COTS products you can work with to manage all that. I'd hate to develop something from the ground up to support all the requirements for all those functions, sounds like a nightmare.

RMA, as listed encompasses sever different processes..
  • returns
  • credits
  • re-ship
  • inspection
  • destroy in place
  • rework
  • item disposition
  • etc.
