Motordyne crossmember hanging low

Hey guys after my motordyne exhaust install awhile ago my cross member on each side is hanging low . I had my tech who installed it look at it and

Motordyne crossmember hanging low

Hey guys after my motordyne exhaust install awhile ago my cross member on each side is hanging low . I had my tech who installed it look at it and he adjusted the exhaust to push it up a bit but he said the crossmember has no possible adjustments everything else is fitted.. Anyone else have this issue and can give me help
