Default HELP!!! Need some insight quick!

Hey everyone, im currently having my modified tanabe y pipe (flex pipes removed and strait pipe welded in) installed on my Z with the OEM cats and the installer just called me to say the ypipe was about 2" too narrow and wont bolt up to each cat. He said he could unbolt the bracket that holds the cats in place to give it some movement but was concerned about the weight the headers would take on if that would happen. So my questions is will it be to much weight on the headers to hold the ypipe and exhaust? its a titanium mid pipe back so that weights significantly less than OEM, plus there are handers so I would think that would take some of the weight off. Any insight will result in rep points!!!

Thanks in advance.

I never had any issues running without that thing.

You should be ok for a long while.
Get HFCs though

NinjaEdit: why not bend the bracket or something?
