What exhaust should we use on our shop 370Z?

Were thinking of doing AAM Short tails with a custom x pipe and a Y pipe(Not sure which brand yet) and some test pipes (Also not sure if we wanna go with resonated or straight) or should we go with an MXP exhaust and MXP test pipes Resonated?

NoLaKrewe 07-28-2014 09:39 PM

I think you will find most people on this forum push Fast Intentions and it's for a good reason. However, I don't think you're a distributor so I can see why you would not go that route as you would be losing advertising space.

NuGen Auto 07-28-2014 09:40 PM

We like there stuff but wanna go a different route.

jaytirbhaw 07-28-2014 09:40 PM

I understand man. I own a Fj Cruiser and every product on it I sell. It would cost me to put products on their I really want because I am not a distributor and would not have products to sell at events. So I use the space accordingly, as do most shops.

NuGen Auto 07-28-2014 09:48 PM

So you know how it is! haha

NoLaKrewe 07-28-2014 09:52 PM

Yesir! Goodluck my man. Can't wait to see the build.

Thanks brother. Very nice!

NuGen Auto 07-28-2014 09:59 PM

We have a very good relationship with mackin industries so we get great pricing on mxp along with other stuff like volk, gram lights, advan wheels, project kics, project mu basically all the good stuff. Haha.

aszyd 07-28-2014 10:01 PM

You want different? Tomei Expreme Ti, or Amuse R1000 STTI.

NuGen Auto 07-28-2014 10:01 PM

I said different not crazy expensive. Haha. I'm messing. Yes that would be awesome. Love the amuse.

The Tomei is not so bad, my set only cost like $1500 shipped. Amuse is another story. Their "Silent" Y pipe costs as much as my whole cat back...

NuGen Auto 07-28-2014 10:53 PM

That's not too bad.

Zbrah 07-28-2014 10:57 PM

Aam full catback.

NuGen Auto 07-29-2014 06:30 AM

Ok. That's for the suggestion.

ANMVQ 07-29-2014 07:57 AM

Exoctic Speed :)

NuGen Auto 07-29-2014 07:57 AM

Hmm that's an interesting one.

speedfreek 07-29-2014 08:57 AM

If unable to go with Fast Intentions. I would go with Motordyne.

mag_black 07-29-2014 10:09 AM

Motordyne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meulen 07-29-2014 10:17 AM

I like the FI, but if I were to go a different route I'd probably go with ARK. I just like the way the canisters look under the car when they are angled. :)

Unique_Z 07-29-2014 10:27 AM

A custom single exit like mine? ;)

NuGen Auto 07-29-2014 11:26 AM

Hmmmm

Ill 07-29-2014 11:37 AM

Mxp

1slow370 07-29-2014 11:58 AM

3 words hydro-formed-titanium make it happen lol If it is just a display car and not an R&d car I would say try to find something that is rare like a saclam JDM stuff always goes over well with the kiddies too.

Masterbeatty 07-29-2014 11:58 AM

Test pipes with a custom x pipe, straight through muffler with turn down tips under the car. Loud as f and one of a kind.

enkei2k 07-29-2014 12:10 PM

Manzo exhaust :p

brancky3 07-29-2014 12:28 PM

Beluga so you stop posting if anyone else has used it! :inoutroflpuke: (jkjk)

trillatl 07-29-2014 12:44 PM

AFE Power

2011 Nismo#91 07-30-2014 10:51 AM

A pair of electric controlled cut outs on the just before the stock muffler. Best of both worlds.

NuGen Auto 07-30-2014 11:16 AM

Haha

Masterbeatty 07-30-2014 11:54 AM

The saclam is my favorite, so i vote that if you can get one. The only reason i did not get it was the cost. That exhaust is so damn loud and music to my ears.

aszyd 07-30-2014 12:30 PM

Turbo it and then install a shorty side-exit exhaust! One that dumps through the front fender(s) or bumper.

Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust, and the Tanabe y-pipe.:tiphat:

Aviator44 08-01-2014 12:02 PM

Everyone and their mother has an F.I. exhaust. Go with the AAM short tails. My cars heading to AAM on Monday for work.

Tempestz 08-01-2014 12:26 PM

I would do Motordyne. But out of your choices I pick MXP with their test pipes. But I have a thread of the Garageline Xpipe and midpipes, you should check it out. They are only 299 for the set and are great. Those matched with short tails would be amazing.
