Based on your needs, HFC's would be the way to go. Since you already have a Stillen CBE, perhaps you want to stick with Stillen HFC's? If not, then I would suggest Berk HFC's.
TP's would give marginally better HP numbers, say 3-5HP, but it would be raspy. As FYI, if you plan on going FI later, keep your stock cats as FI/HFC's don't work very well together, especially if you go down the SC path. G/L.
