Default Warped CNT HFC flanges. Z1 gaskets didn't work.bAny luck machining?

Major warpage at the triangle flanges, I still have major exhaust leaks after installing them with Z1 gaskets. I obtained these from a buddy who always knew he had this problem, but he recently moved on to test pipes. Once I got them you could see the black carbon build up in-between each bolt hole where it was leaking through. Just looking at them you could see how warped they were, no QC dept? You can hear the loud raspy leak under the car at idle and especially under load.

So has anybody had any luck getting them machined?

Same problem with my berk HFCs . Its causing o2 sensor check engine lights to pop up.
I'm pulling them apart this week and was going to use a grinder to "machine " them down. Maybe I'll rough it down with grinder then smooth it with sandpaper.

I'm gonna do the same. Sucks. If you know this is an issue and due to the nature of the product, you'd think they would check the quality and work before selling them. It's not hard to check, pretty obvious on top of that.
