Default Stillen gen 3 install

I'm about to do my install and I was looking it over and noticed the stock air boxes have a resonator on the drivers side on the bottom of the tube and the Stillen pipe has no where to put that. What do I do with that piece? Thanks

If I remember right, the resonator piece is removed. It's been a year since I installed mine so you better check your install instructions just to make sure.

You eliminate the resonator as it's not essential. You won't even know it's gone.

Thanks guys. When I looked at it I thought the lower piece was attached to the hose that goes into the side of the tube of both the stock and Stillen intake.

Trips I did have a look over his and some others and maybe I skipped over it.
The reason why I ask this is when you remove it, wouldn't their be an open hole coming out of the motor once the resonator is taken out?

Never mind! Looked at the picture of the stock intake and i finally saw that the resonator is attached to the intake itself. Got it!!! Thanks again everyone
