Got the piece of metal out with inadequate tools in an hour or two lol. Gave them a call.... They were all flabbergasted and it's still a mystery as to how it got there. They sent me a T-shirt.... and the gasket for the midpipe to the mufflers because it was not with the exhaust when it came. bleh
