Is he striaght up selling you the Berks for $250 or are you swapping him your stock cats with additional cash? If you are trading your OEM cats to him then this isn't that great of a deal. It's not a bad deal just not a good one. The going used rate for Berks is $300-350 shipped. You can get about $100 if you sell your OEM cats for salvage.

If he wants your OEM cats negotiate down to $200
