Let me tell you something scotty, I work in an the financial industry as midoffice.

I have many times come close to telling people to f-off. But remember, as a service provider you are always wrong. Even when you are right.

You should also not be putting in all these allegations and banter. That's unprofessional. This is a public section and let's everyone see your ability to solve issues.

Tldr, you need to learn what it means to be a service provider if you want to last more than a year.

And I will, 100%! But I'm not doing that till I have everything. I have no m370 plate! And since you have an upper and lower from us and you havnt returned yours yet, I'm not doing the TB refund. Ok to set things in the proper prospective.
So Scott your saying you dont have the cores back in your possession yet?
But once you do have them already in you possession you will be willing to refund him what is due for the core exchange? Right?

You're in a PR position (customer service) and your typing and grammatical skills are awful.

You're berating a customer, shouting false accusations, and flat out insulting them (of which you've been reported for, by me, to the mods of this forum).

I feel sorry for Sean (or Shawn, however he spells his name). He's not here to defend his company name and reputation from Scott. No one on this forum will probably request his companies services again, and I can assure that this will be shared amongst other communities too (I'll post a link to this thread on the 370Z FB pages if it hasn't been posted already) advising them to stay away from Synergy.

I hope you guys can get this worked out.

Has anyone contacted Sean/Shawn to inform him about this thread?

Just to clarify synergy and Shawn...He has been nothing but excellent and would do business with him anytime. He will be working on some CF parts for the G down the road hopefully and would gladly give him my money. Nothing but great customer service from Shawn..
