most likely a gasket but you could be rubbing. don't drive around this way but shove a wash cloth between the sway bar and exhaust where they are closest together.

most likely a gasket but you could be rubbing. don't drive around this way but shove a wash cloth between the sway bar and exhaust where they are closest together. if the sound stays you likely have a gasket leak. if it goes away drop the mid pipe and wrap the area where you shove the wash cloth with header wrap. that will give you something to pad between the two metals and be heat resistant
