I scratched the intake tube on the passenger side trying to pull it closer to the engine. Not sure they will take it back. I spoke today with Kenny @ Stillen, and discussed the relay box issue. Seems that there truly is no good place to place it with the Gen 2 intake. It just has to sit on top of the drivers side intake box, kinda tucked in the corner, not as the instructions show velcroed under the intake cover.

I also just bought the Gen2 Stillen Intake. I installed it yesterday. Have had no problems with the passenger side tube, however, right now the relay box is sitting below the intake box/resting on top of the wheel well. Trying to figure out if there is a way to bend the original bracket that it is attached to in order to tuck it in a little further.
