Stillen Gen 3 Install service light issue

No the sensors were not touched that I'm aware of. There's no way of resetting the ecu without unplugging the negative cable? How long do you have to unplug it

There's no way of resetting the ecu without unplugging the negative cable? How long do you have to unplug it for? And I have a check engine light on now. The shop told me that's bc there is too much air coming in and the computer is recognizing that as not normal.
