Default Not just another exhaust question, I swear!

Ok so I got some serious cash flow from christmas and now I'm lookin to get some HFC. I currently have a stillen CBE so naturally I was reaching for the Stillen cats. However, I found a member on here selling the ARK cats for a bit less and was wondering if they would mate up with my stock headers and Stillen CBE? I looked around for diameters on the stillen pipes which seem to range all over the place from 2 to 2.5, but couldn't find anything particularly useful. The one thread I found divulged into the typical pissing match. Also, ark lists the cats as g37 but I assume they will work for the 370z as well? I know the ARK are 2.5 so if the stock headers and the stillen pipes are 2.5 I should have no issue right? but I can not find the stillen dimensions anywhere. Will this work/fit? Anyone got any ideas? Thanks yall

generally speaking, all parts should work with each other because they're designed for stock fitment. if everything fits like stock, then another part that fits like stock with fit.

it should work.

excelent! that makes things much easier. I had a feeling this was the case, but close to half a grand is a lot of money to spend on something you don't quite understand. So it will fit the 370 as well as the 37? I will have no issues there either?

No issues whatsoever from g37 hfc to 370z hfc. Both are 2.5in in diameter. Get the Ark you won't regret the power gains.

Just to help out....the 3point flange from exhaust manifolds to cats are all the same, the slightly off center bolt pattern from the factory y pipe to cat is all the same. In conclusion....all hfc's bolting patterns are ALL THE same. Hope this helps. Oh and btw....the ark hfc's ROCK!!!

all testpipes and hfc's should be made to fit its counterparts. However, there are a few with a difference in piping sizes for more aggressive flow.
