the G7's wrap around the engine , then goes behind the grille and then pops out the wheel wells and then out to the front of the car.....must add like 55 hp
|
55 might be a bit on the conservative side! I'm thinking way more based on efficiency alone.
|
pretty much, the point is to not waste money on the G2's

The g8 experimental design runs the tubes through the firewall, into the cabin, and sits directly in front of the AC vents to suck in cold air. 80hp gain minimum.
|
^^ that's amazing !!
so what do you do in the winter time, it will be freezing in the cabin |
Sometimes you have to suffer for HP y0.
|
nothing like some good olde pounds of torque to liven up the day
|
Perhaps a newer generation will just wrap the exhaust pipes back through an intercooler and then into the intake again. Forced induction with exhaust suction too!

Just remove the entire intake system back to the throttle bodies and take the hood off. Best cold air system evar!

Wow. This thread got silly in a hurry.
On that note, just wait till you guys see my YouTube vid of the upcoming G10 intake!!! It hooks up to the Stillen CBE and loops back to the engine. |
:icon18:
you guys are out of control.. that being said.. I'll bring the ideas to the engineers.. :D |
^^ the air filters in front of the AC is a neat idea...lol...cold air intake FTW!!
