Agreed, I spammed him with a couple emails and then called him with about 30 minutes of questions and he took it all in stride & answered everything I wanted to know. Order was placed 3 weeks ago, and I don't think I've ever refreshed a thread as often as I have this one, in hopes of seeing my name move up the list
