Tony is there any way I can swap out my 18" resonators for the 12"? I think I want it louder.

You can either send it back to me and I can cut them out and put 12's in, or sell your x pipe and buy a new one. That will be the fastest in terms of turnaround time. Or if you are a baller which I know you are, you can have two x pipes so when you get bored you can switch back and forth.

i would like to second that motion, i called fast intentions today and Tony immediately picked up and was very helpful throughout the purchase process.

He helped direct me in the direction that would meet my needs specifically, it is ordering an exhaust a la carte? i think thats the word, it was a great experience at a great price for what is purchased.

Thanks Tony,

looking forward to the exhaust!:driving:

Thank you both for the orders. It was a pleasure to do business with you today. Thank you for starting off the new year strong.

I will update "the list" shortly.

I hope everyone out there had a good new years...

Thanks, Tony

Tony im probably going to send you the exhaust for the upgrades.. we spoke about.... after the 11th because a cop which i knew decided to be a jerk off and give me a ticket for tint. soooo I dont want to not risk having the car with no exhaust for the court date on the 11th.

I know the 18" cost more than the 12", can't I just swap with you? What would the cost difference be?

Worst case scenario you will need to put a polishing ball on a drill and actually polish it back out. f you have no idea what I am talking about, just let me know and I will point you in the right direction.

Keep in touch...

Thanks, Tony

what the hell is mother's polish? if its a brand I never saw it here.

and my tip looks hammered what do you mean?

I juuust drove it :roflpuke2:

I guess the reason why they get so dirty is because I don't really do high revving action. track days clean them up nicely but most of the time im just cruising along. hell I remember seeing a HUGE black cloud fly out of the GT-Rs exhaust when I was driving behind it and he floored it.

Mother's is a brand of car care products sold here in the States.

That's not a good thing...
You want to see white smoke.

Nah, probably just carbon burnoff... thats normal..

Vegitto-kun 01-04-2011 01:11 PM

yeah I doubt its anything dangerous just the exhaust getting gritty and dirty from driving around at 1500ish RPM all the time.

Daishi 01-04-2011 01:54 PM

Whether your high rpm or not your exhaust will still eventually turn that color. If you honestly can't find anything to clean it off I'd be willing to purchase some in the states and ship it to you. Who knows how much shipping will be though.

Vegitto-kun 01-04-2011 01:57 PM

well it would be pretty nice if you could do that, better to buy a product you guys use instead of buying several brands to try them out

Ok cool, ya I plan on going with a twin turbo kit in a couple of years, so I won't need the headers, which is the reason I bought the 18" over the 12". So in the mean time I want a more aggressive sounding car.

import111 01-05-2011 06:58 PM

Searched and couldn't find anything. Does anyone have video of F.I. exhaust with no resonators and HFC's?

I found videos with no resonators but stock cats and 18" resonators and catless, but no luck finding HFC + no resonators setup with F.I. exhaust.

I have F.I. catback w/ 12" res., carbon fiber mufflers and Berk HFC's right now. Debating trading someone my 12" res. section for a no res. section.
