#40 is shipping tomorrow and then #41 and #42 hopefully by Wednesday. It is not out of the question that yours could be in the mail by Friday. I do appreciate everyones patience. The two full systems that got destroyed by UPS some time back have really slowed things down. Between all of the phone calls and paperwork that I have had to deal with regaurding those two claims, it has been a nitemare. The two customers have both gotten news systems and we are trying to get back on track. For the record though, UPS accepted the first claim by denied the second. It really burns me with the way big business handles things. But honestly what am I going to do, threaten to leave them and go to FedEx. They don't care one bit.

UPS and FedEx should merge, we will call them FedUp!!!

Thanks Tony, that clears up alot. That ups stuff sounds like a real pain in the ***, when you ship mine, wrap it tight ;)

Thats usually Big Business Standard... 50/50. So 1 out of two covered under their "Oops, we F-ked up!" Policy. Yeah, it sucks. They were prolly just jealous that they couldn't hook up your exhaust to their UPS truck...

I am the other. Tony took great care of me and I know he will take care of you. FI has to be one of the top exhuast on the market and the customer service can not be beat by anyone.

My (2nd) exhaust arrived today UNSCATHED, which means I will finally be getting it installed and will post up my review soon thereafter. I will also be getting her dynoed before/after the install. Stay tuned!!! :happydance: :tup: :driving:
