the polished finish surprisingly reflects a lot of radiant heat. And because the piping is so thin, it loses that heat real fast once cool air passes through it.
My pipes are wrapped in exhaust wrap with a sheet of foil reflective material on top to ensure extended heatsoak reduction. |
