Wow! So jealous. That sounds amazing.

Unfortunately sourcing the NISMO RC parts is next to impossible without first owning a NISMO RC. Just like the brake ducts and other NISMO RC specific components, Nissan Japan will not willingly sell them to just anyone. This is not uncommon. NISMO Japan and Autech are very particular about their race car components.

I realize now that Nissan Motorsports is selling the CF NISMO RC Ducts (formerly thought to not be obtainable from the NISMO RC). But these themselves are reporductions and are not the true NISMO RC duct from Japan. They are identical in everyway, do not let me mislead you.

Sounds like Doran could make a killing just buying "replacement parts" for their RC and then selling them to us for a healthy profit.

This may be slightly off topic, but wouldn't a muffler cat not work particularly well?? I mean with it being so far away from the engine i can't imagine it getting hot enough to burn any extra fuel.

But... If it does function like a normal cat, then it would look badass at night!

Its functional. I don't know the science behind it, but I do know it gets very hot and you can hear it combusting.
