Z1 3 Bolt Metal Manifold Gasket for HFC or Testpipes
Z1 is pleased to offer new multi-layer manifold gaskets. The fight with leaking testpipes and high flow cats has gone on long enough. We adopted our tried and true solution for turbo manifold gaskets to solve the leaking problems.
http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup Often the RTV sealing method or composite gasket for the 3 bolt flange from the manifold to the test pipe/high flow cat doesn't hold up over time. This is typically due to extreme exhaust temperatures and leads to irritating exhaust leaks and potential Check Engine Lights. To solve this potential problem Z1 designed and produced our very own multilayer metal exhaust gasket for this application. (Interesting note: The 350Z came stock with this style gasket). The gasket is similar in construction to the manifold to turbo gaskets we have used for years on turbo applications. It has proven to be one of the strongest and most robust parts despite the extremely abusive conditions they are exposed to; these gaskets can be removed and reinstalled countless times without any problems. Replace your old, leaky exhaust gaskets with these reuseable gaskets that will fix that annoying exhust leak. These work with all aftermarket testpipes, high flow cats, or turbo applications. |

I am down in Columbus...not a whole lot of 370z's down here.:shakes head:
Ive got them on mine too. No leaks with heavy track use
Pm'ed you chuck!
Where are these gaskets used? Between a test pipe/hfc and exhaust? Or between test pipe/hfc and header? Or can they be used for both?
These are between the header and TP. The gaskets for the TP/catback are a different design.
If you are looking for the gaskets between the testpipe and catback we have those as well. They haven't been as prone to failure because the gasses have just a little bit of time and space to cool off.
