For those with this exhaust, I bought a 2012 370z with a non-resonated F.I. exhaust + Berk HFCs and the thing is just way way too loud in the cabin.

For those with this exhaust, I bought a 2012 370z with a non-resonated F.I. exhaust + Berk HFCs and the thing is just way way too loud in the cabin. The drone around 2k RPM is way too much for me in the cabin.
For those who have the 18" Resonated xpipe + some sort of High Flow Cat, is your sound reasonable? I've been in discussion with F.I. and they are extremely helpful, but for good reason they are hesitant to give me a solid answer on if it will provide a significant drop in in cabin drone over the non resonated xpipe. Before I pull the trigger on the 18" Resonator, would people agree who have this exhaust, is the in cabin noise drop significant over a non-resonated version? I want to retain some of the exotic sound of the F.I. exhaust, but the in cabin volume is what I am looking to cut down on. THANK YOU |
