My shipping window was April 1-15. I got billed on March 30th and shipped on April 3rd.

So yes very accurate.

Yes I did and thank you so much for taking the time to fill those forms, you saved me about 200$. I might just put that towards some test pipes or HFC. Who knows, I might go F.I.
