I MIGHT have heard from a little birdie that 715 and/or 716 MIGHT be shipping out this weekend. But of course that is "unofficial". :rofl2:

I was at V2lab yesterday and all the ricers were revving their motors while parked and showing off their exhausts and how loud they were. They wanted to hear mine so I gave it a couple quick revs and laughed as their collective jaws hit the ground.

"wonderful" customer service ;) been trying to get a hold of Tony by email and phone for shipping estimate. I guess you're busy enough and not interested in new customers :tiphat:

Did you leave a voicemail with callback info?

They are busy and yes sometimes it takes awhile to hear back. Don't be so quick to judge. :ugh2:

Not hating or anything. It's just that I was expecting a little more from a company that so many people vouch for. I keep reading/hearing that they will get back to me, but that hasn't happened. at least not so far.

How long has it been? It is "lunch-time" there now... so they may be out of the office right now.

From a few pages back.

When you place an order all I require is a $300 deposit. This deposit does go towards the entire balance. I do not charge the remaining balance until your exhaust is ready to ship. At the time the order is placed I create an actual invoice for you. Then I will email you a PDF copy of that invoice to keep on file. Now all of my exhaust systems are hand built custom for each customer right here in house. I rarely have anything in stock. Everything is built on a first come first serve basis and right now we are 11-13 weeks out from the time your order is placed until the time it will ship. This may possibly be an over estimate, but I would rather under promise & over deliver. Now the lead time does not start until the order is placed and the invoice is created. Once your exhaust is built and ships I will email you your tracking number. I know the lead time might seem like a pain but it goes quick. We take a great deal of pride in what we do. You will receive top notch customer service and quality. I also understand how far you are and how crucial it is to get he right parts the first time. I ensure you that there will be zero packaging mishaps and everything will be as you ordered it. I just hear horror stories about other companies shipping the wrong parts all of the time.

I am heading out for lunch now but will be back in an about an hour. Please do not hesitate to call us directly at the shop. Now if I have not gotten back to your email yet I apologize. Please understand that I get dozens of emails per day and respond to them in the order that they were received. In lieu of how busy we are I hired more help in the form of Blake. He is readily available via email and telephone.

We look forward to hear from you.

Thank you, Tony

Haha! I am almost that impatient. PMs were couple of weeks ago, phone call was 2 days ago.
Thanks for acknowledging this on the forum Tony
