That doesn't sound like a very good design, i've not heard of other people with that problem, is there a different case type? Do you need to run it with

That doesn't sound like a very good design, i've not heard of other people with that problem, is there a different case type? Do you need to run it with the case? i understood that it's a wind shield case to help the mic, if you run an external mic, it's not required.
