Ark rattle issue? suggestions?

So i just installed my Stillen Headers, Berk Hi-Flows, and ARk exhaust... it sounds like the passenger side canister in the back is bumping against something... anyone else have this

Default Ark rattle issue? suggestions?

So i just installed my Stillen Headers, Berk Hi-Flows, and ARk exhaust... it sounds like the passenger side canister in the back is bumping against something... anyone else have this issue? any ideas?

also, sometimes i can hear like a whistle sound where the x pipe is in the exhaust is that normal?

The "whistle" is probably the common rasp that comes with HFC on the Ark exhaust.. I had the same thing. Ark has produced some new HFC that alleviates that issue. As for the rattling, do you happen to have the G3 intake? If so it might be ratling against the plastic that you cut out where it wraps around to the front of the vehicle..

This rattle is def coming from close to the tips of the exhaust

I have Berk HFCs and an Akrapovic exhaust...i have the same rattling in the same location as you and I haven't found the source yet.

did you find the problem yet? I've got the same problem only after installing the berk HFC's, have been running just the invidia CBE for about 2-3 months already, only started after installing the cats, will be jacking up the car this week sometime to make sure nothing is touching now...

it seems like the Berk HFC is a tad shorter than OEM causing all these exhausts to move back more eliminating the clearance it had with the OEM cats.

I believe pretty much all the systems require removal of that shielding at least on the 370.

Mikey, depends where it's coming from, although you could have disturbed the CBE somehow, best to confirm the source first.
