The "whistle" is probably the common rasp that comes with HFC on the Ark exhaust.. I had the same thing. Ark has produced some new HFC that alleviates that issue.

As for the rattling, do you happen to have the G3 intake? If so it might be ratling against the plastic that you cut out where it wraps around to the front of the vehicle..
