Exhaust stud size

AFAIK the stock muffler studs are a part of the flange and cannot be removed. I think you're just going to have to buy another section of the pipe that

Well if that's true, I'd just drill it out. No reason to spend money on another section lol but I haven't bought or borrowed a bit to drill them out.

or you can use a tap and dye set and fix the problem
