Has anyone been able to fix the Ark fitment issue?

I am liking the sound of the Ark exhaust but the uneven fitment in the pics I have seen just looks terrible. Is there an easy fix for this? Also,

I am liking the sound of the Ark exhaust but the uneven fitment in the pics I have seen just looks terrible. Is there an easy fix for this? Also, from what I read it seems like the exhaust hangs pretty low. My driveway is very steep. I have a nismo so the long front bumper does not help, but I am able to get up without any problems if I up at an angle.... not sure if anyone can answer this based just on this information, but does it sound like I would have any scraping issues?
