Its really a love it or hate it thing. Its just most of our ARK customers buy our exhaust for the sound that it creates and hate the sound that the HFC/TP creates with our exhaust.

I'm in love with ARK~!!!! :D

BalanBro 09-09-2011 09:22 AM

Will the results be the same for those of us with the existing type 2 exhaust?

TeamARK 09-09-2011 11:17 AM

Yes if you mate this up with your existing Type 2, Hiss and Rasp would be eliminated.
Please note that with headers, we believe that the Hiss/Rasp might come back. We will need to do some tests with headers to see

Id love to help you with the header part. I have the LTH... granted I do live in HI, but I am still looking for an exhaust that can eliminate or at least greatly diminish the hiss on decel and slight rasp on accel. What are the changes to the exhaust that were made? If I can help out somehow, let me know. Im even willing to provide dyno or sound files too.

Hey Tony, I jut realized that you said ARk Type2 "V2" exhaust "prototype"

If you dont mind me asking, what is the different between the current Type 2 (which is V1) and V2??

I believe the V2 sits higher than the current type 2

BTW, what's the cell count?

DarkZide 09-13-2011 08:48 AM

What does a set of your HFC's cost? I can't find them on your website.

We actually went a step further and made 2 different types of cores for the HFC's to gauge the difference in sound and how much more flow is restricted. Final production will be finalized once we have dyno's done with the units.
