Got an update for you vultures. :D

X-Pipe completed. My exhaust should be done by Wednesday and here in my hands on Friday, however not sure if I can get it installed on the car on Friday because thats the day I am heading out to Willow Springs for the Redline Time Attack. If not, installation, testing, etc. will happen early the next week.

Update please. LOL.

Kidding. That X-pipe looks nice. I can't wait for some dyno numbers.

B1nks 05-24-2009 07:22 PM

Don't you want it on for the RLTA event !? hehe

I'm really happy with the direction they are taking so far with their exhaust system... that X-pipe looks amazing!!! I ordered the Berk HFC's yesterday and this exhaust would be a nice addition to go with them. Can't wait.

I was hoping you would go with an H pipe as my understanding is that would provide more low end torque, something I believe this car needs. But beggars can't be choosers I suppose :p

I think that's correct. X pipes have more HP gains, but fall flat on torque, while H pipes don't give you as many ponies, but more torque. Someone correct if wrong.

cant wait till hear it..

jimmy99 05-24-2009 10:48 PM

i also can't wait to hear it and see what kind of gains it produces, more then likely the day it becomes available im buying, along with somee HFC's.

semtex 05-25-2009 09:05 AM

You guys would be well advised to order your HFCs sooner rather than later. My understanding is that they keep running out of inventory and going on backorder.

We have a few sets in stock and have a stocking order arriving mid June. With the new laws regarding catalytic converts its been harder to source parts and increased demand has had a huge impact on our inventory.

So are we looking at a point where these won't be available? Is that a possibility? If so, I may need to advance my plans to order.

Yeah, please let us know what's up with that. I don't even have the car yet but I'd be willing to buy just in case.
